Labour relations in the industrial sector have been showing a steady progress in recent years with a decline in industrial disputes and strikes which will create a more investor-friendly atmosphere. The number of fresh disputes have showed a downward trend during the last three years. The number of workers affected by strikes have also showed a substantial decline.
